Dalston – two storey rear extension

The building is part of a terraced house and is listed for its special architectural and historic interest in the Conservation Area where it is located. The project concerns the re-build of the original rear extension and the erection of lightweight contemporary glass side infill and traditional first-floor extension. On the roof level, it proposes the erection of a dormer with the replacement of the roof structure and covering. The project would provide a more useful space for an expanding family to grow into while providing high-quality architecture and materials without altering the main historic spaces.
